I’m visiting my cousins in Vancouver in a few days and one of them loves to watch Peter Rabbit. I remember reading Peter Rabbit when I was a little kid so I decided to make a tutorial on him. The tale of Peter Rabbit begins when Peter disobeys his mother’s orders and sneaks into Mr. McGregor’s garden, eating as many vegetables as he can before Mr. McGregor spots him and chases him about. Peter manages to escape, but not before losing his jacket and shoes, which Mr. McGregor uses to dress a scarecrow. Peter returns home weary and ill and is put to bed with a dose of chamomile tea.
Start by drawing the guidelines and body shapes for Peter Rabbit. Sketch out the egg-shaped face and facial guidelines within the face. Then draw out the guidelines for the long ears. Next, draw the dress-shaped guideline for the body and sketch the guidelines for his arms, hands, and feet
Next, draw the lines for Peter’s shirt, face, and ears. Draw in his rabbit eyes. Sketch in the lines of the ears to show where the inside of the ear begin. Start to draw in the fluff of the paws.
Lastly, add long, delicate whiskers to the sides of his face. Finish off the details on the arms, hands, and feet.
Have fun coloring your drawing in and add a nice background to finish off your drawing. I put Peter in Mr. McGregor’s garden. 😀
Hi guys! I’m finally done with my SAT prep classes for the summer and I’m back with another tutorial! My little cousin’s favorite show to watch is Anpanman so I decided to make a tutorial on how to draw Anpanman since I’ll be visiting my cousins in Vancouver this week. Anpanman is the main character of Soreike! Anpanman whose head is a bun made by Uncle Jam. His name comes from the fact that his head is made of bread filled with red bean paste. This bun is called an anpan.
First, draw a big circle for the head.
Next, draw a smaller circle for the nose and two half-ovals for the cheeks.
Draw in the eyes, eyebrows, and a huge smile. 🙂
Next, start drawing the arms by sketching the forearms and fists.
Next, sketch the cape and the knot of the cape in the front.
Finish the upper body and then sketch in his belt and smiley face buckle. Then draw the ends of his shirt.
Finish the sketch by drawing in the legs, feet, and boot lines. Erase any mistakes.
Have fun coloring it in!
Hey guys I’m back with another art tutorial! Today the tutorial is on Amy Rose from the Sonic the Hedgehog series in cat/kitty form. Amy is known for her unrequited, obsessive love for the series’ main character Sonic, and they have saved each other’s lives on a number of occasions.
First, sketch a big circle for her head and the draw in the facial guidelines. Then draw in the small circular shape for the body.
Next, thicken the shape you drew to structure her face, and then you can sketch in three thick chunks of hair for her bangs. Add the headband and ear.
Sketch in the other ear, and then finish sketching her hair. Add the detail in the inner ear.
Sketch the thick, bold shape of her eyes using the facial guidelines, and then sketch the eyeballs and eyelashes. Sketch another circle towards the bottom of the face to create her muzzle. Sketch the nose and mouth inside. Add two whiskers on the side of the muzzle, and then sketch in her bottom lip.
Draw the chest fur and then the two stump-shaped legs. Add some toe lines.
Sketch the arch of her back, and then sketch in her tail. Sketch her back leg and add some toe lines to her paw. Erase any mistakes or stray lines.
Lastly, color in Amy!
Hope you enjoyed this tutorial! Have an awesome 4th of July and stay awesome ninjas! 🙂
Attack on Titan has been extremely popular lately especially among people who don’t usually watch anime. For Halloween at my school, a lot of people cosplayed as Eren or Mikasa with the Survey Corps. uniform on, and none of the people were Asian, which just shows how popular the show’s gotten. Since this series is so popular, I decided to do a recommendation for it. If you’ve seen clips of any episodes you might have seen huge, hulking figures that look like people except for the fact that they’re limbs are sometimes grotesquely unproportional and that they eat people. Yup, the titans eat people. The story initially centers on Eren Yeager, his adopted sister Mikasa Ackerman, and childhood friend Armin Arlert, who join the military to fight the Titans after their home town is invaded and Eren’s mother is eaten. This series is pretty bloody and grotesque especially when people get eaten but overall has good action scenes and a very interesting story and background (hopefully they have a second series to explain the background). Overall, Attack on Titan is a bloody, intense series with interesting plot twists and awesome characters. Many people found this series gruesome, but I still really enjoyed it. If you watch this one, hope you guys enjoy it and have an awesome summer ninjas!
P.S. Can I just say that the theme song is epic? Even my brother likes it, and he’s not even into anime! 😉
I’m back with a new art tutorial this week which I haven’t done in a long time! Today I will be showing you how to draw Tails from the Sonic series. He is an 8-year-old fox with two tails, hence the nickname. He is known to be Sonic’s sidekick and best friend, as well as a mechanical genius. He is able to use his two tails to propel himself into the air like a helicopter for a limited time.
Start by drawing a big circle shape for the head guide, and then sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the body guide.
Now begin drawing the actual structure of his head and cheeks. Make sure to draw the chunk of hair that real Tails has on his head.
Next, draw his two ears, and add the details to the ears like so.
Draw in some bangs, and then use the face guides to draw the large, warm eyes. Make sure the eye lids are thick. Sketch in the tiny, adorable nose and then draw the mouth and six whiskers.
Start working on the body by drawing the lengthy spikes of chest fur and then sketch the beginnings of the front legs and the first of two tails.
Sketch the back of the body, and then draw in the last of the two tails. Erase any mistakes or unnecessary lines.
Finally, color in your drawing! 🙂
Standing 1.04 ft (0.4m) tall, Pikachu are mouse-like creatures, and were the first “Electric-type” Pokémon created, their design intended to revolve around the concept of electricity.
1. Begin by making a circle for the head, then draw the body shape. Make the tail line with the electric bolt pattern at the end.
2. Begin drawing out the structure of the face. Draw the two horns like so, and add some fluff on the head.
3. Now draw in the face. Start with the eyes, then draw the round marks for the cheeks. Line the tips of the horns, then draw the tongue and the nostrils.
4. Draw the back of the neck, then draw the front which turns into the chest. Draw the start of the front legs, then add detailing on the chest.
5. Draw the back, then draw in the hind leg. Draw the toes, then draw the thick tail.
6. Lastly, draw in the bat style wings, then draw in the talons which should look sharp. Add the details to the wings, then draw the tuft of hair on the back of the neck. Erase the mistakes and guidelines.
7. Here is what your drawing of a Pikachu dragon should look like when you are done. Now all you have to do is color him in.
